By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the k6666 platform (the "Platform"), including the website at https://k6666.games and all associated services, you ("the User", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the k6666 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

To register and maintain a real-money account on k6666, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. k6666 enforces a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at registration or at any subsequent point without prior notice.
2. You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
3. You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
4. You have not previously been self-excluded from k6666 or had an account permanently closed by the Company for a breach of these Terms.
5. You are of sound mind, are not suffering from any condition that materially impairs your judgment with respect to gambling, and are not aware of any circumstances that would make your participation in real-money gaming financially irresponsible.
6. You understand that gambling involves financial risk and you accept personal responsibility for all decisions made on the Platform.

k6666 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion where eligibility requirements cannot be confirmed to the Company's satisfaction.

Each user is permitted to hold one account only on the k6666 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different contact details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

1. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and any other fields designated as mandatory by k6666.
2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. k6666 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.
3. You must notify k6666 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
4. Account credentials may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
5. k6666 may at any time request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method — before approving deposits, processing withdrawals, or allowing continued use of the Platform.
6. Where duplicate accounts are identified, k6666 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold balances pending investigation.

k6666 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through approved payment channels including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

1. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. k6666 reserves the right to update minimum and maximum transaction limits without prior notice.
2. All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument that is registered in the User's own name. k6666 does not accept deposits from third-party sources.
3. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification of identity and payment method. k6666 will return funds to the same method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
4. Processing times for withdrawals are estimated on a best-efforts basis. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed on the same business day. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
5. k6666 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which k6666 bears no responsibility.
6. Any attempt to charge back, reverse, or dispute a legitimate deposit through your payment provider will be treated as a breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
7. k6666 complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. The Company reserves the right to delay, decline, or reverse any transaction that triggers its AML monitoring systems, and to report such transactions to relevant authorities where required.

From time to time, k6666 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other incentives to new and existing players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

1. Bonuses are credited to your account at k6666's sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time prior to the User meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
2. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
3. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds are used. Real-money deposits are not consumed until all bonus-related wagering obligations have been met.
4. Certain game categories (live dealer games, specific slot titles, or sports bet types) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.

All bets and wagers placed on the k6666 Platform — whether in the sportsbook, casino, live dealer section, slots, or dice — are subject to the following general rules:

1. All bets are final once confirmed by the system. k6666 does not accept cancellation requests for settled or in-play bets except where an obvious system or pricing error has occurred.
2. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, misquoted game rules, or technical malfunction — k6666 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the User's account balance.
3. Cricket betting on PSL, international fixtures, and ICC tournaments is subject to the specific sportsbook rules published on the Platform. Results are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
4. Live in-play bets are accepted at k6666's discretion. The Company reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without prior notice.
5. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios. Past outcomes have no bearing on future results.
6. Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game or market. k6666 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on specific accounts without providing a reason.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k6666 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to appropriate authorities where applicable:

1. Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the Platform without direct human input.
2. Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated play designed to guarantee outcomes.
3. Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities in a manner that results in an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
4. Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
5. Creating or using multiple accounts in order to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
6. Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location during KYC verification.
7. Threatening, harassing, or abusing k6666 staff or other users through any communication channel.

All content on the k6666 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of k6666 or its licensed content suppliers.

1. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of k6666.
3. The k6666 name, logo, and associated brand elements are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by k6666 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the k6666 Privacy Policy.

1. k6666 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records for the purposes of account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
2. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by applicable law or operational necessity.
3. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by k6666, subject to the Company's legal and regulatory retention obligations. Contact our support team to exercise these rights.

k6666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products and services. The following tools and policies are in place to support players:

1. Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from within your account dashboard. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
2. Session timers: You may configure session duration reminders that notify you when you have been actively playing for a specified period.
3. Cooling-off periods: You may request a temporary break from gaming of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or any custom duration. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or place bets.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k6666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including:

1. Loss of funds resulting from technical failure, connectivity interruption, or device malfunction during a gaming session, where the outcome was not caused by a documented Platform-side error.
2. Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including promotional terms, odds, or game rules that were subject to a manifest error subsequently corrected.
3. Interruptions to the Platform's availability due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failure, or circumstances beyond k6666's reasonable control.
4. Any tax liability incurred by the User in connection with winnings received through the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with the tax laws of your jurisdiction.

k6666's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your k6666 account by contacting our support team. k6666 may terminate or suspend your account under the following circumstances:

1. You have breached any provision of this Agreement, including but not limited to the prohibited activities set out in Section 7.
2. You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
3. k6666 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court of competent jurisdiction.
4. Your account shows a pattern of activity that k6666's risk management systems flag as inconsistent with legitimate recreational play.

Upon termination for cause, k6666 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned to your designated payment method within a reasonable period. Balances will not be returned where termination results from confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.

k6666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the k6666 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. k6666 recommends checking this page whenever you return to the Platform after an extended absence.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k6666 is registered and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the governing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court or arbitrator to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
